1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the gamerrrr-questttt.com website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

gamerrrr-questttt.com provides public speaking training services including:

  • Individual coaching sessions
  • Group workshops and seminars
  • Corporate training programs
  • Online resources and content
  • Newsletter and educational materials

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Individual Coaching Sessions

  • Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the session fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee

Group Workshops

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop: full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before: no refund
  • Participants may transfer their booking to another person or workshop date

Corporate Training

  • Cancellation terms are outlined in individual contracts
  • Generally, cancellations made 14 days or more before training: full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before: charges may apply

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate purchase orders
  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of gamerrrr-questttt.com or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Training Materials

  • Training materials provided during sessions are for personal use only
  • Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited
  • Participants may not record sessions without explicit permission

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gamerrrr-questttt.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our service
  • Any content obtained from our service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your communications

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and agree to:

  • Keep all client information confidential
  • Not disclose personal or business information shared during sessions
  • Use client information only for the purpose of providing services
  • Maintain appropriate security measures to protect client data

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions
  • Government actions, regulations, or travel restrictions
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or other industrial action
  • Technical failures or internet outages
  • Public health emergencies or pandemics

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Severability
